Upon further consideration, should you find the need to cancel your membership, rest assured that we are here to assist you. You are granted a 7-day window from the date of receiving our confirmation email regarding your membership payment to submit your cancellation request. It is important to note that your request will be subject to approval by our esteemed membership committee.

Refund Procedure:

Following the submission of your cancellation request within the stipulated 7 days and subsequent approval by our membership committee, we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund process to your debit/credit card or the original payment method. Anticipate the receipt of the credited amount within 30 days, contingent upon the policies of your card issuer or bank.
